This position plays a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations and expansion of our company.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage the overall operations of the roof division, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational performance, enhance productivity, and reduce costs.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of roofing projects, from planning to completion.
* Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety regulations and customer satisfaction.
* Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, generating reports to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
* Lead and mentor a team of roofers, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop competitive pricing strategies and expand the customer base.
* Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements, sharing knowledge with the team.
* Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, implementing process improvements to drive efficiency.
* Suggest and implement strategies to promote the growth of the company, including market expansion and service diversification.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in roofing operations, with at least 5 years of hands-on roofing field experience and at least 3 years of management experience
* In-depth knowledge of roof installation, maintenance, and repair techniques.
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills capable of building relationships with team, customers and stakeholders
* Solid understanding of safety regulations and compliance in the roofing industry
* Results oriented mind set with a passion for achieving company growth
