\*\*Position Overview:\*\* As the Manager of our tree farm and brokerage, you will oversee all aspects of our operations, from nurturing and maintaining our tree specimens to facilitating sales transactions with clients.
You will play a pivotal role in upholding our standards of excellence while fostering growth and innovation within our business.
\*\*Responsibilities:\*\* - Manage daily operations of the tree farm, including irrigation, fertilization, pruning, and pest control, to ensure the health and vitality of our tree inventory.
- Supervise a team of skilled workers, providing guidance and support to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract and retain clientele, including homeowners, landscapers, and developers.
- Cultivate relationships with existing and prospective clients, addressing their needs and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate logistics for tree deliveries and installations, ensuring seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to tree farming and brokerage.
\*\*Qualifications:\*\* - Previous experience in horticulture, arboriculture, or a related field, with a strong understanding of tree care techniques and practices.
- Proven leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a team towards common goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
- Sales experience preferred, with a track record of driving revenue and achieving targets.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of Florida's native and ornamental tree species is advantageous.
- Bachelor's degree in horticulture, forestry, business management, or a related discipline is preferred.
