Job Summary Orion180 is in search of a dedicated Training and Development Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team.
This role will be instrumental in crafting and delivering tailored training programs to all levels of our workforce to provide them with the skills and knowledge required for success.
The Learning and Development Lead will play a key role in aligning our learning initiatives with the values at the core of Orion180.

Design and develop engaging Orion180-specific training programs that cater to the distinctive needs of our workforce.
Utilize innovative instructional design methodologies to create effective learning materials.
Conduct dynamic and interactive training sessions, both in-person and through virtual platforms.
Facilitate workshops and activities that reflect Orion180's commitment to creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
Ensure that training content aligns with Orion180's mission and stays ahead of industry trends.
Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), creating content and managing uploads, user management, and reporting specific to our organization's needs.
Maintain accurate training records within the LMS to track employee progress, achievements, and compliance.
Develop and implement assessment methods to measure the effectiveness of Orion180 training programs.
Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders, utilizing insights to continually enhance Orion180's learning initiatives.
Stay updated on Orion180's industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to tailor development opportunities accordingly.
Collaborate with Orion180 partners and external vendors to expand the range of learning and development resources.
Work closely with Orion180's HR Business Partners to identify and create career development paths and opportunities for employees.
Effectively communicate Orion180's unique training initiatives and resources across the organization.
Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and development that aligns with Orion180's values.
Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor’s degree required, or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Five or more years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and training delivery.
Strong proficiency in instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven experience in implementing end-to-end learning strategies that are scalable and sustainable.
Intermediate to advanced skills in all MS products.
Proficiency with various learning management systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Innovative mindset and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of Orion180.
Ability to organize and manage time effectively.
Physical Demands While performing general office duties for this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand and/or walk around (including the use of stairs).
Other demands include the ability to openly communicate with others by talking, listening, and reading, being able to lift light objects (<25lbs), and using standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones.
In addition, there is an occasional need to bend, twist or stoop to open/close cabinets, and reach for files or other standard office-type objects.
Work Environment The office environment is quiet and, in a temperature, controlled setting with random adjustments in noise or temperature due to conversations, unscheduled maintenance repairs to the building or its interior offices, or unpredictable situations due to weather or other acts beyond company control.
An employee must be willing to work their regularly assigned work schedule for their duties and/or job responsibilities and in times of need, be able to work an extended schedule depending on the company/department needs, project requirements, or customer demands.
