* *Performance Metrics:* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer satisfaction, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
Implement strategies to improve performance in these areas.
* *Training and Development:* Coordinate training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Identify areas for improvement and implement training initiatives that align with company goals.
* *Compliance:* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the store.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within the food service industry.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interactions with staff and customers.
* Problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
* Emotional intelligence and the ability to show empathy while maintaining authority.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
* Understanding of food safety and health regulations.
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in business management is a plus.
