Genna Pizza is currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager! *Responsibilities:* * *Leadership and Staff Management:* Lead by example and inspire a cohesive team environment.
Motivate, coach, and mentor staff members, fostering their professional growth.
Set performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and address any performance concerns.
* *Respectful and Empathetic Leadership:* Develop rapport with staff, gaining their respect through open communication, understanding their needs, and demonstrating empathy.
Create an inclusive atmosphere where all team members feel valued and supported.
* *Professional Communication:* Communicate effectively and professionally with both staff and customers.
Address staff concerns promptly and constructively.
Interact with customers in a courteous manner, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback with a customer-centric approach.
* *Problem-Solving:* Exhibit quick and effective problem-solving skills when dealing with customer and staff issues.
Analyze situations, make informed decisions, and implement solutions that align with company policies and customer satisfaction goals.
* *Emotional Regulation:* Maintain a mild-tempered and composed demeanor, even during high-pressure situations.
Act as a role model of self-control and patience, encouraging these qualities within the team.
* *Brand Ambassador:* As the face of Genna Pizza, embody the company's values and brand image.
Take pride in representing the establishment positively within the community.
* *Operational Excellence:* Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring that operational standards are met.
Monitor inventory levels, manage resources efficiently, and collaborate with other departments to maintain a smooth workflow.
* *Performance Metrics:* Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer satisfaction, staff performance, and operational efficiency.
Implement strategies to improve performance in these areas.
* *Training and Development:* Coordinate training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
Identify areas for improvement and implement training initiatives that align with company goals.
* *Compliance:* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards in the store.
*Qualifications:* * Proven experience in a leadership or management role, preferably within the food service industry.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interactions with staff and customers.
