What do we do? Azure Summit Technology provides a wide range of multi-channel, software-defined radio solutions for applications including surveillance, communications, radar, direction finding, emitter location, and interference cancellation.
Systems can be tailored to meet a variety of requirements for bandwidth, dynamic range, number of channels, and computational resources.
Supported platforms range from resource-constrained small UAVs and wearable devices to manned aircraft and submarines.

What will you do? Azure Summit Technology is currently seeking a Quality Manager.
The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic, growing, cross-functional, and geographically distributed team.
This position is located at our facility in Melbourne, Florida, with some overnight travel to our Fairfax, Virginia, headquarters, and occasional travel to suppliers in support of Supplier Quality.
Your future team has worked together to produce the following job responsibilities: Lead a team of Quality Engineers and Quality Engineering Technicians supporting organizational goals of adherence to schedule with zero nonconformances Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues throughout the product development lifecycle Analyze and report on key quality performance indicators to senior management Works under general supervision and with the guidelines of the Company's AS9100 Quality Management SystemPerform internal Quality Audits Perform internal Quality Audits Other duties may be assigned Basic Requirements US citizenship, due to the nature of the work and contract requirement Ability to obtain an DoD SECRET security clearance, due to contract requirement Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.
g.
, Quality Management, Engineering, Manufacturing) A minimum of 1-year related experience and/or training Preferred Qualifications American Society for Quality (ASQ) certifications preferred: Certified Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence, (CMQ/OE) Certified Quality Engineer, (CQE) Certified Quality Auditor, (CQA) Certified Quality Technician, (CQT) IPC-610 IPC-620.
