L3Harris is seeking to hire a Lead, Customer Support Software Engineer to join the IEI (Intelliearth Integrator).
The customer support team will be responsible for administering IEI systems and providing support.
Activities like answering customer questions, troubleshooting configuration, performance or other issues are very common for the customer support team.
The team provides support via phone, email or on site.
Administering the system will include performing installations/upgrades, configuration changes.
The team will also be responsible for on-site customizations that are not brought back into the baseline.
Essential Functions:
Configure, monitor, maintain, troubleshoot Redhat/Centos Linux systems.
Deploy infrastructure using automation techniques.
Provide cloud engineering or administration (C2S/Gov Cloud).
Implement and maintain security controls in compliance with DoD security frameworks.
Provide Continuous Integration/Continuos Deployment (CI/CD), agile system deployment, and DevSecOps tools and processes.
Troubleshoot/customize/optimize trouble shooting enterprise level applications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technologies, or related discipline with 9 years of software experience; or 7 years relevant software experience with a Graduate Degree.
DoD 8570.
01-M IAT Level 3 certification (Security+).
Experience with RMF and cybersecurity requirements.
Experience with PKI and/or OAuth authentication models.
Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Experience integrating and administering cross-domain systems.
Experience supporting DoD/government customers.
Experience with microservices, containers (i.
e.
