This opportunity will be located in Melbourne, FL.
This position is for the role of Enterprise Services Project Manager.
The selected candidate will be part of a diverse organization within the Strike Program Integration Team (PIT).
The selected candidate will be responsible for the oversight of the Strike Infrastructure Change Control Board (ICCB) request process, which includes project and process management that directly supports the Strike program office in day-to-day execution.
Candidate will perform as the primary liaison/facilitator and Project Manager for multiple concurrent projects and will do so while working closely with Integrated Product Team (IPT) representatives, Supply Chain Management (SMT) teams, Program Leadership, and Manufacturing Operations.
Most projects will require the selected candidate to prepare status reports and presentations for NGC internal and customer meetings.
Selected candidate will also communicate status of projects to leadership, proactively identify and communicate risks, expeditiously work issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations.
Assess project issues, and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives Basic Qualifications Principal Project Management: Bachelor’s degree with 6 years’ experience in Project Management, Program Integration/Execution or similar with Bachelors; OR 4 years’ experience with master’s degree Experience with using Microsoft Office tool suite; Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel Knowledge and Experience with ICCB process Active secret or top-secret clearance (last investigation completed within last 6 years) and the ability to attain and maintain Special Program Access (PAR/SAP) within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs Experience with IT infrastructure Knowledge of Cyber Security Processes Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree from an accredited university Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or similar SharePoint experience Existing Program Clearance Aerospace and/or Defense Industry Experience Proven success managing multiple projects simultaneously Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, as well as project management, analytical, planning and presentation skills are required Ability to demonstrate experience with leading multi-disciplinary teams to successfully meet project goals Experience with interfacing with all levels of employees and Leadership We offer flexible work arrangements, 9/80 (every other Friday off) or 4/10 (every Friday off) work schedule with, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly team environment.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
