A successful candidate will have significant PMO experience along with knowledge of industries such as CMMC, CMMI, ISO, ERP, and Project Management within a small business setting.
*This is an on-site (hybrid) position.

The Director of PMO performs, but is not limited to, the following duties: Responsibilities: Customer Execution: Oversee the entire customer journey from onboarding to post-sales support, ensuring world-class service at every touchpoint.
Project Management Office (PMO) Leadership: Manage the PMO to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.
Implement best practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance project success rates.
Team Development: Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, mentorship, and professional growth for all team members.
Strategic Planning: Develop, implement, and monitor operationally-driven initiatives that align with company goals and objectives.
Performance Metrics: Establish, monitor, and report on key operational performance indicators, making data-driven decisions to ensure efficiency and quality.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments and leadership to synchronize operational strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach to achieving company milestones.
Manage ISO and CMMI projects Manage ERP implementation projects Own resource management of PMs Create and own the standardization of internal PMO and support for customer PMO implementations Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in PMO leadership, with a proven track record of successful team and project management.
PMP certification In-depth understanding of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
Proven experience in team development and mentorship Ability to work in high pressure situations, guide conflict resolution, work effectively in a matrix environment and build strong relationships.
MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint.
