Technical Portfolio Lead
Key Role:
Engage the VA Health portfolio in the client’s Software Product Management (SPM) system, discussing technical objectives with varying levels of VA customers including Product Line Managers through Executive leadership.
Leverage understanding of business and technical needs from customers to effectively consult, drive growth to existing Task Orders, and generate future work.
Support of investigation efforts on behalf of customer.
Provide technical LOEs and timelines for existing and future use cases.
Support new business such as Proposals, RFIs, and On Contract Growth.
Collaborate with customer success peer of internal organization to support goals of the Health Portfolio.
Support coaching and mentoring of internal delivery managers by promoting the customer vision and pain points that need to be addressed.
Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with modernizing large scale solutions 2+ years of experience with developing and measuring KPIs across key customer products 3+ years of experience with providing technical expertise over a group of products Knowledge of emerging technologies, including low code/no code and SaaS/PaaS solutions Knowledge of cloud architecture for technical concepts around cloud-based solutions Ability to be a self-starter and navigate without constant direction Ability to be highly organized and multi-task across a complex and evolving portfolio of projects Ability to travel for Industry Days, Conferences, and customer off-sites Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelor’s degree Additional Qualifications: Experience with supporting the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) or Federal Government Experience with working in healthcare or healthcare IT Knowledge of MUMPS Ability to have passion for innovation and improving healthcare delivery to Veterans Possession of excellent creative, strategic, analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills to foster positive business relationships Cloud certifications such as AWS or Azure Vetting: Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $93,400.
00 to $212,000.
