As our Outlet Manager you will be accountable for managing day-to-day operations of the lounge while ensuring all food and drinks are of the highest quality and the entire staff is meeting the steps of service while keeping within budget.

The Hotel operates 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, so operational demands require variations in shift days, starting times, and hours worked in a week.
Run the daily operation through an active presence on the lounge floor.
Maintain working knowledge of food and drink recipes and ensure staff is executing to standards set forth.
Accurately manage food and beverage revenue and expense.
Identify major revenue and expense opportunities and possible problems.
Create and distribute team member schedules in a timely manner.
Develop and implement marketing and sales plans for outlet, including implementation of menus, package deals, promotions, displays, decorations and presentations within brand and DHM guidelines to capture more in house guests and a larger share of the local market.
Manage and maintain the sanitation of the food and beverage areas and equipment in the hotel to protect the assets, comply with regulations and ensure quality service.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Previous food and beverage experience.
Ability to utilize POS system.
Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the Food and Beverage/Hospitality profession.
This included the knowledge required for managing people, complex problems and food and beverage management.
Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement.
Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
Ability to work well in stressful situations.
Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit or walk for an extended period of time.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
