Minimum of 5 years preferred experience in janitorial / construction management.
Excellent people and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of new home building procedures, scheduling, time management & sub-contractor management.
COMPUTER SKILLS A MUST, data entry skill, expertise with Excel / Word / Outlook email.
Organized, detail-oriented with good work ethics.
Good presence and personality are necessary.
Perform duties with little supervision.
Must have reliable transportation to visit job-sites regularly to ensure work request meets builder’s satisfaction.
Ability to hire / train / supervise sub-contractors to adhere to the scope of work, safety requirements and meet schedules.
Contract negotiations to increase business volume (Bids / Proposals) and administrative billing experience a plus.
Management experience in the janitorial, cleaning industry preferred.
Bi-Lingual (Spanish) a plus.
STATUS: Full-time shift: Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 5:00pm.
Ideal candidates should reside in Vero Beach and/or the surrounding area.
