Technical Portfolio Lead
Key Role:
Engage the Department of Veterans Affairs’ (VA) Health portfolio with Software Product Management (SPM), discussing technical objectives at varying levels of VA customers such as Product Line Managers through executive leadership.
Understand business and technical needs from customers to effectively consult and drive growth to existing Task Orders and generate future work.
Support investigation efforts on behalf of the customer.
Provide technical LOEs and timelines for existing and future use cases.
Provide customer relationships expertise and generate customer intimacy, including a Trust Partner.
Support new business such as proposals, RFIs, or On Contract Growth, with technical expertise and client knowledge.
Collaborate with customer success peers of internal organizations to support the goals of the health portfolio.
Travel for customer engagements, including industry days, conferences, and customer off-sites.
Support coaching and mentoring of internal delivery managers by promoting the customer vision and pain points that need to be addressed.
Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of experience modernizing large-scale solutions 3+ years of experience providing technical expertise over a group of products 2+ years of experience developing and measuring KPIs across key customer products Knowledge of emerging technologies, including low code/no code and SaaS or PaaS solutions Knowledge of cloud architecture and technical concepts around cloud-based solutions Ability to be a self-starter and navigate without constant direction Ability to be highly organized and multi-task across a complex, evolving portfolio of projects Ability to exceptionally communicate and foster positive business relationships Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelor’s degree Additional Qualifications: Experience supporting the VA or federal government Experience working in healthcare or healthcare IT Knowledge of MUMPS Ability to display a passion for innovation and improving healthcare delivery to veterans Possession of excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Possession of excellent creative, strategic, analytical, and organizational skills Cloud Certifications, including AWS or Azure Certifications Vetting: Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.
00 to $186,000.
00 (annualized USD).
