Empower Brands is seeking a Brand President to run our Wallaby Windows Brand.
This position must have a strong background in leading a franchise organization and multi-unit experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic planning and vision to the organization, as well as align company objectives with Empower Brands’ overall strategic goals.
Oversee the rapid growth of the businesses and ensure growth is well managed through appropriate talent, metrics and strategy.
Directing and overseeing the organization’s budgetary and financial activities as well as ensuring EBITDA goals are met on a monthly and annual basis.
Develop talent within the organization to help sustain business growth and franchisee support.
Drive the onboarding of new franchisees and ensure ongoing reinforcement is provided to every franchisee as needed.
Build strong relationships with franchisees to ensure their success with the Wallaby Windows Brand.
Oversee departmental leaders to make certain company goals and objectives are being met.
Have a strong knowledge of the franchising and windows industries to ensure the business model is best suited as the franchising industry evolves.
Continually confirm the brand is adhering to legal guidelines and in-house policies to maintain Wallaby’s legal and business ethics.
Foster a culture that promotes high ethical standards and respect of all internal and external customers.
