As a leader in Operations and Maintenance, we’re looking for you to lead the team that supports the VA’s software modernization project.
This includes supporting the national roll-out and implementation of a scheduling SaaS, providing Tier 2 support to users, and reporting operational metrics and tracking.

You Have: 8+ years of experience providing Tier 2 helpdesk support Experience leading a team, including projects and deliverables Knowledge of IT systems, standards, and procedures Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience supporting large enterprise solutions in production or 12+ years of experience supporting large enterprise solutions in production in lieu of degree Nice If You Have: Experience with medical Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems Experience with federal stakeholder engagement Knowledge of military and veteran healthcare systems Possession of excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills Public Trust Vetting: Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $93,400.
