ASTON HEALTH is seeking a Regional HR Manager for Florida’s East Coast
(Melbourne to West Palm Beach)

Starting Salary is $80,000!
As the Regional Human Resources Manager, you are responsible for performing HR-related duties in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, and employment law compliance.
Regional HR Manager Responsibilities Include:
× The Regional HR Manager Partners with employees and facility management to communicate various Human Resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and other government regulations.
× Responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints, harassment allegations and civil rights complaints.
× The Regional HR Manager Coaches, counsels and guides managers before executing employee disciplinary actions.
× Approves FMLA and LOA requests.
× Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
× The Regional HR Manager Audits the implementation of facility policies concerning wages, hours, and accruals.
× Monitors employee performance evaluations and ensures they are done in a timely manner.
× The Regional HR Manager Manages the Benefits programs day to day administration including new enrollments, status changes, and termination of benefits.
× Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs.
Regional HR Manager Qualifications:
· 3 years of experience in multi-state Human Resources
· Bachelor's degree
