Monkey Bar & Grille is looking for a general manager available to join our team.
Our ideal candidate is someone with great customer rapport, as well as staff team building skills.
Past experience with back and front of house management, marketing, training, staffing and social media is a plus.
Availability Monday thru Sunday, days and nights.
Coordinate special events and entertainment.
Responsibilities
*Oversee daily business operations *Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed *Maintain excellent customer service standards *Handle verbal and online communications with staff *Scheduling and hiring of staff.
*Food and liquor orders *Hold frequent staff meetings.
*Maintain frequent communication with Regional Manager *
Qualifications
*Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers *Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture *Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace *Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week.
Compensation depends on your experience.
