Alligator Reef Club in dowtown Melbourne, FL is looking for a take charge well rounded experienced cook with the ability to handle managerial duties associated with the position.
Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, reliable, NO drama! Able to lead and motive staff with a highly positive attitude.
Enjoys the art of cooking, presentation, creating specials.
We have a small kitchen staff and being able to multi task and maintain quality, supervising each plate before it leaves the kichen.
Open Monday thru Sunday 11 am to 10pm .
Salary commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
*Food Orders *Inventory & prepare prep list daily *Staff Training *Communication with Owners on a daily basis *Manage Staff and enforce rules handle all issues quickly *Hold weekly meetings with kitchen staff *Manager prep to assure consistency & quality *Organization and cleanliness of kitchen *Hold regularly scheduled staff meetings *Maintain a professional and positive atmosphere
