The role of Portfolio Manager at Private Client Insurance involves assisting in managing our existing book of business.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact for insurance-related inquiries and needs.
• Understand each client's unique requirements and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
• Endorsements and Policy Changes:
• Process policy endorsements and changes accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring clients' coverage remains up-to-date.
• Renewal Reviews:
• Conduct comprehensive renewal reviews for clients, assessing their changing needs and providing appropriate recommendations.
• Claims Handling:
• Assist clients in filing insurance claims, guiding them through the process and ensuring prompt resolution.
• Client and Coworker Communication:
• Provide regular updates to clients regarding policy changes, claim status, and relevant industry updates.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Billing Requests:
• Address billing inquiries and requests from clients promptly and accurately, resolving any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
• Possess or is willing to obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.
• Knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulations a plus.
