```Overview```
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Memory care to join our team.
-As the Director of Memory care, you will be responsible for overseeing the care and well-being of individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia and ALZ.
-You will lead a team of caregivers and ensure that all care plans are implemented effectively.
-Manages the workflow of the designated department to ensure completion of work assignments.
-Contributes to the effective operations of the department by demonstrating dependability in job preformance.
-Weekend MOD rotation
```Duties```
-Develops, plans, and implements recreation activities for residents to meet psychosocial needs
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of caregivers, ensuring that they deliver high-quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities and dementia.
- Develop and implement care plans based on individual needs and preferences.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of caregivers, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible care for individuals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in senior care and memory care
```Experience```
- Proven experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, dementia and ALZ.
- Strong background in supervising and leading a team in a senior care or memory care setting.
- Knowledge of best practices in providing personalized care.
- Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience in developing and implementing care plans based on individual needs.
