Responsibilities: Manage night shifts and weekends ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Supervise and train staff members, ensuring they deliver high-quality service.
Oversee inventory and order supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
Requirements: High school degree or equivalent.
Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred.
Ability to work night shifts and weekends.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
