The Assistant Manager is second in command of an Arby's® restaurant and is responsible for assisting the General Manager (GM) in managing the overall operations of the unit.

* Grow sales by ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and great operations.
* Partner with the GM to meet or exceed budgeted EBITDAR and utilize available reports to identify opportunities.
* Share responsibilities with the GM for coaching and training of Shift Managers and Team Members, by utilizing KBP training programs; supports national training initiatives and involved in the process for new employee orientation.
*What are we looking for?*
* High School, GED, College, or University Degree Preferred.
* 1-2 years of successful, supervisor, high sales volume, and/or QSR experience.
* Strong communication skills and excellent problem solver.
* Hold a valid driver’s license and carry a minimum of $100,000 in liability insurance coverage.
