Weekend and evening availability is required to help you build your book rapidly! *Benefits:* * *W2 Employee - Not 1099* * *Health, Dental and Vision Insurance* * *Employer Matched 401K* * *Free Hands on Training Including FREE CEs* * *Paid Time Off* * Steady clientele * Flexible schedules * All necessary massage supplies * Professional and safe work environment * Discounts on Professional Insurance & other employee discount programs * Contests *Principle duties include:* * Perform consecutive 50-minute, 80-minute and 110-minute quality massage therapy sessions that are customized to meet our client's individual needs * Knowledge and understanding of Swedish and Deep Tissue massage * Knowledge of other modalities/certifications a plus * Ability to train, coach and guide fellow therapists to reinforce skills and successfully deploy new modalities * Set and communicate goals for your team and celebrate accomplishments * Ability to communicate the health and wellness benefits of receiving massage therapy on a regular basis * Ability to work as a team to assist in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas *Positions requirements:* * Licensed in FL * Carry liability insurance * Customer service oriented and be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and sales staff * Able to work flexible days and hours - weekends and evenings required * Understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork Experienced and recent graduates are welcome!
