Production Manager (Door/Trims - Carpentry)

The Production Manager is responsible for, but not limited to: * Managing the shop crew to produce high quality doors and trims * Quality checks of every product being manufactured or assembled * Assist the crew with any required tools or supplies or materials * Run the door machine when required * Work on the specialty or customer doors * Recruit when crew members required * Setup the shop for efficient operations * Work with sales and purchasing to stay on top of the production schedule * Update the production status in the jira system * Safely operate a forklift to assist in moving material to appropriate area of the shop * Pick and pull production material as needed Load, unload, store and package material as needed * Maintain a clean and safe work environment in the warehouse and observe all safety rules posted.
Required Skills - Ability to manage shop crew and help them succeed - Ability to read the technical paperwork to assemble the doors - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Required Experience · Construction background preferred · Knowledge of carpentry or experience with wood products required.
