Responsibilities: - Recruitment and staffing - Employee relations and performance management - Office Administration - Executive assistant to the Owner - Payroll *- *Employee rewards - Compensation & Benefits - Training and development - Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment - Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry - Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation - Generate purchase orders when necessary - Obtain and print signatures on all checks Experience: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or Office Manager role.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or accounts payable role.
- Minimum of 2 Years of Quickbooks hands on experience is required - Knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures.
- Experience in journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Understanding of corporate accounting principles and financial concept PAY IS BASED OFF EXPEIRENCE Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.
