Hire, train and supervise concierge(s) ensuring coverage at all times.
--> Participate in coordination and delivery of orientation for all new associates to include, but not be limited to, contents --> Participate in ensuring all associates understand and adhere to company policies and procedures; assist with conducting --> Serve as primary liaison between community and contracted ASO or PEO vendor for human resource, payroll, benefit --> Maintain all personnel files in a confidential, organized manner to include evidence of completion of all required --> Maintain all accounts payable and accounts receivable files in an organized, systematic manner.
--> Provide residents and/or Responsible Parties with information regarding their accounts in a timely manner.
--> Interface with vendors, suppliers, and professionals as necessary, often representing the Executive Director on his/her --> Process, generate and maintain accurate financial records including, but not limited to, rent receipts, petty cash, --> Monitor vendor invoices for accurate charges, key associate approval, and General Ledger code allocation; process --> Generate weekly and monthly financial reports from QuickBooks in a timely and accurate manner for the Executive --> Provide itemized rent and service invoice to each resident on a monthly basis; monitor current status of receivables and --> List of Additional/ Occasional Responsibilities: Handle all correspondence as it pertains to the Business Office and as requested by Executive Director and/or --> Have a basic understanding of the MAPS program and assist with frontline associate management.
--> Relate to residents, family members and responsible parties in a courteous, understanding and cooperative manner.
--> Facilitate the transition of a resident to another facility when services are no longer adequate to meet the needs of the --> Actively participate in the execution of marketing objectives to include conducting community tours to prospective --> Interact with local banking institutions as required for depositing funds, reconciling bank statements, etc.
--> Assist Executive Director and department managers with formulating new budget each fiscal year.
--> Track residents’ move-in anniversary dates to generate correspondence to the resident and/or Responsible Party --> Assist the Executive Director in creation of the Monthly Variance Report by providing revenue and expense details.
--> Work with department managers in collection of timecard data to ensure submission of accurate payroll information to --> Communicate regularly with Regional Accounting Manager regarding accounting software utilization, month end --> Promote understanding of the CERTUS Mission statement among community associates, current residents/family --> Maintain the company’s reputation for integrity and standing behind its services --> Report to work
