Assistant Operations Manager

Dedicated to providing the best fitness experience for our members and guests by providing outstanding customer service and creating a healthy, clean, fun environment for them to enjoy.
This is done by hiring, developing, and motivating exceptional front desk, janitorial, and kids klub staff, to build a winning team! They are responsible for maintaining our sparkling clean facilities, coordinating with our internal departments and outside vendors.
An important part of their duties is to resolve all membership issues, update past due accounts, manage supply budgets, and upholding company standards.
The Operations Manager works alongside the Sales Manager and Personal Training Manager to create a successful club.
Operations Managers that excel have the opportunity to be promoted to higher management levels within the company.
Details: This position is for an Operations Manager In Training and is a full time position with Health Benefits and includes a Complimentary Gym Membership.
Salary is based on an hourly rate PLUS commission.
Must be 18 years of age with reliable transportation.
1 year management experience preferred but not required.
Education Level: Bachelors Degree.
