Assists with cash and inventory controls.
Schedules and supervises staff.
Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.
\* Responsibilities: \* \* Ensures excellent customer service is provided \* Ensures company policy is followed by all employees \* Trains co-workers \* Troubleshoots POS system \* Assigns and participates in completion of shift \* Helps manage staff \* Coordinates and supervises staff so that standards of cleanliness are maintained \* Supervises food preparation to ensure that food safety and operations standards are maintained \* Performs paperwork duties as needed.
Requires excellent communication skills and an ability to deal with all levels of employees.
Possesses a strong work ethic and is highly dependable.
Computer knowledge is desirable.
Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed and to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $14.
