*We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team at JS Plastering.
* As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of our plastering projects by coordinating various tasks, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring project timelines are met.
*Responsibilities:*
*Project Planning and Scheduling:*
* Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and schedules.
* Coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment with overall project goals.
*Communication and Collaboration:*
* Act as a liaison between project teams, clients, and subcontractors.
* Facilitate effective communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed of project progress.
* Help organize and note-take project meetings, documenting discussions and action items.
*Documentation and Record-Keeping:*
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
* Track project expenses, budgets, and resource allocations.
* Prepare and distribute project reports to relevant stakeholders.
*Resource Coordination:*
* Assist in resource allocation and scheduling for project tasks.
* Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
*Risk Management:*
* Identify and assess potential risks to project timelines and budgets.
* Collaborate with the project team to develop mitigation strategies.

*Qualifications and Requirements: *
* AA Degree or 2 years minimum applicable or proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the construction industry.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and advanced computer skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
* Meticulous attention to detail in project documentation and reporting.
