Spa Manager/Esthetician

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the operations of our spa facility.
The Spa Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales.

Duties: - Manage all aspects of spa operations, including staff management, scheduling, and training - Recruit, hire, and onboard new spa staff members - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones - Communicate with clients to ensure their needs are met and address any concerns or issues - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Oversee retail sales and merchandising efforts - Utilize point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized spa environment - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Experience: - Proven experience in store management or similar role - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Knowledge of retail sales techniques - Proficient in basic math calculations - Familiarity with market trends in the spa industry If you are a motivated individual with a passion for the spa industry and possess the necessary skills and experience, we invite you to apply for the position of Spa Manager.
