It is preferable that applicants have at least 2-3 years experience in restaurant management with 5+ years in restaurant service of some sort.
Apasiion for customer service and team mentoring is also a plus.
This position will require a flexible schedule.
Job description and most noteworthy requirements:
* Making/creating FOH staff schedules
* Able to step on the line to prepare food, grill, fryer, pizza
* Oversee daily operations of the restaurant/facility including employee productivity and ensuring company protocols are being followed.
* Providing consistent leadership and direction to all employees.
* Assist staff with resolving any customer complaints, concerns, or questions.
* Ability to handle escalated customer complaints.
* Ability to assist fellow managers with hiring and firing processes.
* Ability to train all FOH staff positions when necessary.
* Must be available to meet every week for managers meetings and offer advice for how to run the business most effectively and efficiently.
* Work effectively with Events Director for the staffing and functioning of events.
* Work effectively with Executive Chef as a liaison between FOH and BOH operations.
* Must develop an understanding of particular aspects of the business (i.
e.
FlightScope ball tracking technology and BigShots Golf software).
This will be gained through training with hiring manager.
* Optimizing profits by helping to control costs.
* Ensure that health, safety, and security rules are followed.
* Must have ServSafe Certification (basic and managerial).
Our business will pay for you to test and receive your ServSafe Manager's Certification if needed.
* This position does include nights and weekends.
