Lead/Assistant Preschool Teacher

Preschool Teacher Duties: - Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for preschool-aged children - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning - Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and staff members - Use behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and address challenging behaviors - Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of children with autism or special needs - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and enriching learning environment - Maintain accurate records of children's progress and development Qualifications: -18 years of age - Early Childhood Education or related field preferred - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting preferred but not required - Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education - Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with young children *Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
