Summary:
As a Regional Director of Operations, you are responsible for directing and supporting the implementation of clinical service delivery, clinical program implementation and operational excellence within the assigned territory.
In this role, you will ensure budgeted expectations are being met through a strong focus on clinical training and programming, staffing model implementation and customer relationship management.
The Regional Director of Operations, utilizes their knowledge in reimbursement systems and rehab agency conditions of participation to ensure that Legacy clinics operate at the highest standard of both clinical and operational excellence.

Analyzing the needs of patients and senior living communities within your market you will lead oversight and actionable solutions that incorporate all key management areas (clinical, financial, operational and compliance) for advancing Legacy’s agenda in meeting patient’s medical needs.
Requirements:
Background as a Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Minimum of five years’ supervisory experience in therapy management.
Experienced with multisite management required.
Minimum of a Baccalaureate degree from accredited college or university or equivalent experience (i.
e.
, degree in PT, OT, SLP or the equivalent).
Licensed and registered (PT, OT, SLP, PTA, COTA) in state(s) where assigned, if applicable.
Qualifications/ Education:
