The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office, managing employees tasks, and processing audits for worker's compensation and general liability claims.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, be committed, serious about deadlines, hard-working, and must be solution-minded oriented.
```Duties``` - Answer phone calls and respond to insurance representatives/employees - Supervise and support staff in their daily tasks - Maintain a clean and organized office environment - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Process and help complete audits for clients ```Skills``` - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Previous experience in team management is a plus - Must be proficient in excel - Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills If you fit the description, we would love to hear from you.
