*Juniper is Growing!* We are seeking an *Operations Manager* for our Commercial Landscape Maintenance team.
The Operations Manager works closely with the branch management team to ensure key client relationships are maintained and that Juniper’s high standards in job plan execution are met and/or exceeded.
They are responsible for logistics, resource allocation, personnel management, equipment maintenance, and promoting a positive culture focused on safety and continuous improvement.

*Responsibilities:*
* Develop long-term relationships and communicate on a regular basis with key clients
* Inspect key client properties to monitor performance and overall job quality
* Ensure all contracts are executed correctly and contractual services are being met
* Track contract renewals and ensure retention/renewal rates are at or above target
* Ensure proper use and care of all branch assets
* Determine training needs of the branch staff and schedule with appropriate personnel
* Lead the 5S (LEAN Management), and the Maps and Motions processes at the branch level
* Utilize labor effectively to meet budgets while ensuring high quality on job sites
* Oversight and adherence/enforcement of Juniper’s new job start-up processes and policies
* Identify staffing needs and work with recruiter to fill openings
* Lead the efforts of quality control, productivity management, scheduling, and efficiencies for the branch operations
* Monitor branch safety record and implement methods to improve safe workplace practices
* Perform constant focus on safety and lead the safety culture of the branch
* Implement and enforce policies and procedures as issued by the company
* Other relevant job duties as needed.
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor’s degree in horticulture/other related field or business management preferred
* Demonstrated skills in project and time management, team motivation and leadership, decision making and computer software systems.
* 3+ years of landscaping OR service industry experience
* 3+ years of managing multi-million-dollar operations
