As we continue to expand our company and enhance our capabilities, we are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Leader to join our team.
*Position Overview:* The FP&A Leader will play a critical role in establishing financial planning and analysis standardization within our organization.
This position will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and work closely with company leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure effective financial strategies, insightful analysis, and informed decision-making.
*Responsibilities:*
* Lead the development of comprehensive financial plans and forecasts over all entities / ERP / business areas.
* Standardize weekly, monthly, and annual/strategic financial views and processes.
* Collaborate with business leaders to establish budgetary goals, analyze variances, and provide strategic recommendations.
* Work closely with business leaders to evaluate investment opportunities, assess risk, and optimize capital allocation.
* Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities to other financials team members of the company.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
* Extensive experience in FP&A roles within the defense industry.
* Proven track record of successfully partnering with business leadership and understanding their reporting requirements.
* Strong financial modeling, analytical, and strategic planning skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.
00 - $160,000.
