Squid Lips Manager Assistants are engaged in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
As a Manager Assistant, you are responsible for getting (and keeping) guests and staff excited about their experience every day at Squid Lips ensuring consistent Guest satisfaction! Responsibilities: Promote local store marketing and innovation.
Attract, develop and retain top talent to build high performing teams.
Create a culture of performance accountability and recognition.
Lead the team to achieve company goals and objectives.
Demonstrate ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
Must have the ability to handle stress and rise above.
Ability to effectively communicate with others; can speak effectively to groups.

Effectively write routine reports.
Protect establishment and Guests by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Requirements: 2+ years supervisory or management experience, preferably from a restaurant or retail environment.
Serve Safe Food and ServeSafe Alcohol Certifications a plus.
Ability to train, guide and lead staff.
Ability to work with a high degree of independence and discretion.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Good writing, verbal, math and interpersonal skills.
Good organization and time management skills.
Valid drivers license with reliable transportation.
