Lead Teacher

Responsibilities: - Lead and supervise a classroom of students, providing a safe and nurturing environment - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities - Provide individualized instruction and support to meet the needs of each student - Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through engaging educational experiences - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment - Monitor student progress and communicate with parents or guardians regularly - Maintain a clean and organized classroom Experience: - Experience working with students in an educational setting, preferably in a preschool or early intervention program - Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies - Familiarity with literacy education and early childhood development principles - Ability to create and implement lesson plans that promote learning and growth - Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
