We are currently seeking a qualified Assistant Property Manager for our Meadows Mobile Home Park located in the Melbourne, FL area.

We know you are the key to taking our company to the next level! Our Assistant Property Managers will be responsible, under the direction of the Property Managers, for many aspects of a manufactured housing community.
This position is responsible for interacting with current and prospective residents who have questions or concerns, being highly organized, having exceptional customer service skills, and being comfortable and passionate about the property management industry, with a proven track record of success.
This position also includes, but is not limited to:
Assisting in driving to expectations of 100% occupancy rate on a consistent basis
Helping with 100% collection of all rent and fees in a timely manner
Assist in ensuring 100% compliance to company home standards around well maintained properties
Maintaining the Property Office to required standards and ensuring general office work is completed, to deadline, 100% of the time.
Job Responsibilities:
Create and maintain community relationships
Perform prompt follow-up and follow-through on prospects and applicants
Actively participate in marketing of the community to maximize occupancy
Follow up and report on rent delinquencies for specific residents as required
Adhere to all state, government, and local requirements to meet and exceed the expectations of all Fair Housing guidelines
Adaptable to changing circumstances and a fast paced environment
Assumes leadership role of the property in the absence of the Property Manager
Works with integrity and honesty
Works calm under pressure and is able to follow through on commitments
Strong work ethic - moves quickly, but with strong attention to detail
Strong organizational and planning abilities
Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience within the property management industry, preferably in manufactured housing property management
Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle with a valid driver’s license
Completed High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
Ability to be very active - walking, bending, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Computer proficiency, including the internet and experience using Manage America, preferred
