We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team.
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and financial management
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Train and develop staff members to provide excellent customer service and uphold company standards
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs effectively
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain adequate supplies
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Oversee the hiring process, including interviewing and selecting new team members
Skills:
- Strong culinary knowledge and understanding of restaurant operations
- Proven experience in supervising and leading a team
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees
- Knowledge of restaurant management software systems is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding effective solutions
