We are seeking someone with prior involvement in Estate Planning or Probate Law who brings an astute eye for detail and can connect with our patrons in their most attempting times.
Compensation: $40,000 - $42,000 yearly Responsibilities: Prepare and submit agreements to potential clients after acquiring essential documents.
Utilize the MyCase data management system to open and organize customer files.
Aid the legal assistant and lawyer in the development of will and probate documents.
Assemble and compile materials to continue with a client’s case.
Streamline the signing of will and probate documents.
Qualifications: At least one year of experience in the Financial Industry or Legal Industry Preferably, a Bachelor’s Degree Strong customer service skills Ability to live in close proximity to the Law Offices in Sebastian, FL Previous Experience in Estate Planning About Company Lulich & Attorneys, P.
