Assistant Teacher

Job Overview: We are seeking dedicated and passionate Assistant Teachers to join our team.
As an Assistant Teacher, you will work closely with the lead teacher to provide a nurturing and educational environment for our students.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have experience working with children and are passionate about early childhood education, as well as those looking to join the field with minimal experience.
Responsibilities: - Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and lesson plans - Support students' learning and development through engaging activities - Provide individualized attention and support to students as needed - Assist with classroom management and maintaining a safe and organized learning environment - Collaborate with the lead teacher to assess student progress and communicate with parents/guardians - Participate in curriculum development and lesson planning - Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture - Maintain open and effective communication with colleagues, parents, and students Qualifications: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Passion for educating young children Join a team with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow!
