Teacher Assistant
Duties:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and structured activities
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom conducive to learning
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Manage classroom behavior and promote positive discipline techniques
Skills:
- Experience working with preschool-aged children, preferably in a classroom setting
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Ability to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff
- Proficient in classroom management techniques to create a structured and productive learning environment
