Aftercare Teacher

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum for preschool - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and staff - Monitor and assess student progress, providing individualized support as needed - Manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive learning environment - Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and upcoming events Experience: - Previous experience in early childhood education or a related field - Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices - Familiarity with behavior management techniques - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to create engaging lesson plans that meet the needs of diverse learners Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $13.
