Customer Service Administrator

```Duties:``` - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information - Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services - Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues ```Qualifications:``` - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish language skills are a plus) - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred - Proficient in data entry and computer skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Sales experience is a plus We offer competitive compensation, including opportunities for commission-based earnings.
