Never modified and completely stock.
Overall a straight original car with flaws to be expected for a 35 year old car.
The car just came out of storage where it had sat for 5+ years.
I have just installed a new T5(H5) battery and a brand new fuel tank, sending unit and new fuel filter.
The car runs very good, but will need to be gone thru to make roadworthy( Recommend new fluids, belts, hoses, check brakes, and a new set of tires).
Okay so why is the price so cheap.
Unfortunately the car has a few rusted areas.
(mostly the divers side rocker panel and below lip under the hatch area and hatch) My theory is that these areas were probably facing north in a shaded area and leaves built up around these areas left unchecked for several years, and the trapped moisture caused the corrosion.
My best conclusion, as this was a southern car and the rust is isolated to these areas.
Anyways, what you are getting is a
decent orginal condition manual transmission wagon for way less than what you would spend otherwise for a 5 speed wagon.
The price is Only $2,350.
If you want the ultimate package, i have another 1993 245 Wagon Automatic project with title and great running drivetrain that just needs reassembly and a whole pile of parts to make this or both cars really sweet!
Including:
E code factory Volvo Glass headlights and Bi colour marker lenses.
1 pair New Taillights.
2 new Seat foams (cost $200 ea)
New OEM Volvo Factory Blue Velour fabric(over 12 yards).

This car allows those with small budgets to get into their dream car, do the maintenance, and just drive and enjoy it.
