GENERAL OFFICE WORK SUCH AS FILING, PHONE CALLS, (INCLUDING RENT COLLECTION CALLS) WORKING WITH CUSTOMERS, DOC PREP, RUNNING ERRANDS AND GOING OUT IN FIELD TAKING PHOTOS OF PROPERTIES.
MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND BE OVER 25 YEARS OLD FOR COMMERCIAL AUTO INSURANCE ON COMPANY VAN.
STARTING AT $14 PER HOUR PLUS SICK TIME.
AFTER 90 DAYS ON JOB, PAID MAJOR HOLIDAYS AND AFTER ONE YEAR PAID VACATION .
