*Position* TRES VISION GROUP is looking to add to its ever-growing team.
We are interested in a detailed oriented individual with experience in human resources, payroll administration, and contract management.
The title for this position is Administrative Assistant and will report directly to our Chief Executive Officer.

*Primary Responsibilities* * Human Resource o On-Boarding/Off-Boarding of employees o Employee Point-of-Contact o Benefits Management * Payroll Administration o Completing payroll for all employees o Overtime reporting o Deduction Management * Executive Assistant o Reporting directly to the Director of Finance o Calendar upkeep of physician and management time off o Scheduling of meetings o Meeting minutes during Executive & Leadership Meetings o Company Communication via Email *Other Skills and Abilities* * The use of kindness, empathy, and patience * Attention to Detail * Ability to Multi-Task * Ability to work as a team member * Ability to work in a high-stress environment * Cooperates and effectively communicates with all staff members and physicians * Excellent customer services skills are essential and required Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.
