*Administrative Assistant at Investment Office*
*Required*: Career oriented individual with experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with preference given to those with experience at a Raymond James or other financial services office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Manage and maintain schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Perform data entry and update databases
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Skills:
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Knowledge of order entry systems is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with office management procedures
- Ability to operate phone systems and other office equipment
