Property Supervisor (Vero Beach)

Individual needed part-time to keep 36-unit apartment complex running smoothly.
Duties include: Recording maintenance requests, scheduling repairs for maintenance team, meeting vendors, handling resident matters, screening potential tenants, showing and leasing vacant apartments, depositing rents, purchasing supplies, etc.
Supervisor must be responsive and able to work both independently and with others.
Flexible hours.
Past experience supervising people is required.
