Our local tax office is now hiring Customer Service Representatives! Applicants must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Must possess a pleasant telephone personality for inbound and outbound calls.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
Familiarity with social media platforms is a plus.
Duties will entail answer the telephone, make outbound calls to customers, filing, payment processing, supply management, social media marketing/advertising, and be our overall support staff team member.
Position is currently seasonal from January 1, 2023, to April 30, 2023.
Entry level pay starts at $13.
00 an hour + based on experience.
